MEMBERSHIP AND GUEST POLICY
The Annual Fee is an investment which provides for equipment upkeep, facility maintenance, and periodic upgrades at Crunch locations.

State-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. Depending on membership type, you'll also get access to classes and personal training at an affordable rate.
Signature locations are in the United States only and include cardio and strength machines, plus more classes, dedicated group fitness studios, and full-service locker rooms with towel service, Soapbox Products, saunas, and steam rooms. Membership options: one-club, all Crunch Signature in a metro area, or all Crunch locations nationwide. Currently 27 Signature locations in SF, LA, DC, Miami, and NYC metro areas. Amenities vary by location.
Signature locations are higher-priced clubs and therefore have a different membership structure.

Refunds are available if you cancel within the grace period (varies by province/state) or in extenuating circumstances. Proof of original cancellation request may be required.
A valid government-issued ID is required. Minimum age of 18 years or older. Crunch Fitness passes include access to the gym and Group Fitness classes (excludes Relax & Recover, Ride, HIITZone, and Kid's Crunch). Crunch Signature passes include everything except advance booking. Pricing varies by location. Guest limits depend on your club and membership type — contact your location for details.
Crunch Fitness - Free Guest Passes include access to the gym and Group Fitness classes, but exclude the Relax & Recover Area, Ride classes, HIITZone classes and Kid’s Crunch. Guests can pay for additional services based on policy.
A balance will accrue on your account unless you request cancellation. After a certain amount of time, your membership will go into collections.
Under no circumstance can you share your Crunch membership. Doing so may result in loss of your membership.
Yes! Some locations offer Kid’s Crunch babysitting services. Eligible ages are 1–12 years. Hours and availability vary by club, so check with your local Crunch for details.
Crunch Fitness Canada’s annual fees are typically $59.99 + tax, but pricing varies by club. The fee is charged 60 days after joining and annually on that same date, and helps support equipment upkeep, facility maintenance, and ongoing club improvements.

Any member who requests a downgrade within the first 90 days of enrollment may be charged or credited the difference between enrollment fees.

The Crunch mobile app allows access from one device at a time to protect your account and improve security.
Crunch App: Profile → Check-in History → Club Check-in History. Crunch Member Portal: Club Check-in History appears at the centre of the page upon login.
You can update your enrolled device once every 30 days. Log into the app on your new phone and follow the prompts. If within 30 days of your last change, contact Member Services at customerservice@crunchfitness.ca.
Crunch App: Profile → My Account → Edit (under Member Info) → scroll to Birthday.

JOINING THE CLUB

We offer month-to-month (no commitment, cancel anytime), annual commitment, and one-year paid-in-full options. Contact your location to find what works best for you.
A processing fee may be charged to cover the actual costs associated with processing a membership; including, but not limited too; digital processing, membership key tag and other incremental costs. Clubs may vary.

Crunch has a one-time enrollment fee (paid when you sign up, varies by location and membership type) and a processing fee (covers digital processing and other incremental costs). These are separate from your monthly dues and the annual fee.

You may film yourself, but you cannot include other members/guests in the frame without their consent. Photography or recording in locker rooms is strictly prohibited.
Yes. Wear whatever you're comfortable in, as long as it's decent, hygienic, and respects safety guidelines.
Yes — day use only. Bring your own lock. Crunch is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Yes — bring your own towel.
Some locations offer 3D body scans to track changes in body shape, fat, and inches lost over time. Contact your home club for details.
Amenities vary by location and may include: Hydromassage (water-jet massage for tension relief and muscle recovery), Red Light Therapy (promotes healing, reduces inflammation, improves skin tone), Tanning Beds, Saunas, and Steam Rooms. PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training helps you crush your fitness goals with individualized programs and nutrition tips from certified instructors — for all levels from novice to seasoned athlete.
Small group training combines the expertise of a personal trainer with the motivation of a team environment.
