What are the financial requirements for a Crunch Franchise?
Requirements are for all partners to have at least a combined $1 Million in net worth and $300,000-$400,000 liquid capital to be eligible for additional financing, if needed.

What is the total estimated cost to open a Crunch?
Per our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), the initial investment is between $304,500 and $2,129,500, excluding real estate cost.
Does Crunch Franchise offer financing?
We provide financing assistance. We will help you review your finances and recommend financing through a network of lenders. Each franchisee is responsible for obtaining its own financing. While we may introduce you to lenders who have offered financing to Crunch franchisees the decision on who to lend to is made by the lender and being a Crunch franchisee is no guarantee or promise that you will obtain financing or any level of financing.
What are the size requirements for a Crunch Franchise?
Our locations range from 16,000 to 25,000 square feet. Our sweet spot is from 17,000 to 20,000 square feet with at least 125 parking spots available for your location.
Does Crunch Franchise assist with design and outfitting of my Crunch Franchise location?
Yes. Once you’re a franchisee we provide you with a construction manual. This will help you build your Crunch club. We also will ask for a CAD/PDF drawing of your location so we can put together a floor plan and equipment layout for your club. Additionally, we provide a branding package that outfits your entire club to keep a consistent Crunch look, as well as architectural and construction resources if you need them.
How much is a Crunch membership?
Our entry-level membership which is typically $9.95 in most locations provides access to our state-of-the-art equipment, online nutrition program and one free Personal Training session. Additional membership types, which typically start at $21.95 in most locations, can include proprietary group fitness classes, unlimited small-group training, online workout videos, unlimited guest privileges, unlimited tanning and HydroMassage®, and multi-club access.
What are the monthly royalty fees?
5% on monthly gross sales.
How much should I spend on marketing?
You will contribute 2% of monthly gross sales to the National Marketing Fund. Additionally, we require you to spend a minimum of $8,000 in monthly local advertising for their first year of operation, and the higher of $6,500/month or 7% of gross sales in subsequent years of operation.
